狼来了英文读后感篇1

with a happy but complex feeling, i closed the book and drowned myself into deep thought. i have to recognize that it’s lucky for me to read this book, which is just like a mirror of our daily life.

two lovely mice sniff, scurry together with two little people hem and haw live in a big maze. they have to find cheese to feed themselves. just as their names show,

sniff has a great sense of sniff and scurry is able to run very fast. however, they are mice with simple thoughts. there’s no doubt that two little people are much cleverer than these mice, which are regarded as low-level creature by people.

but the ending is surprising enough: the mice become the lucky dog and firstly adapt the changing situation. while the mice have already found new cheese and tasted the happiness of adventure, our two little people are still discussing the reasons and anglicizing their situation.

they are afraid of changing and losing, because their wisdom tells them changing is a dangerous thing. this time, wisdom is no longer an advantage for them. apparently, humans’ overly complicated and emotional intelligence sometimes do not advance way. the poorest character is hem,

no one knows his fate in the future, but we can imagine how hard it will be. refusing changes bring him nothing but sadness. haw is much luckier, though his action is not as quick as two mice, he take changes the moment he awake to his fault and learn a lot from the process.

there’s no doubt that haw’s handwriting on the wall is the brightest point in the whole story.

these truths encourage us to go out of the dilemma and adjust ourselves to the changing circumstances and enjoy the changes

obviously, the maze represents our whole life and cheese represent the valuable things that we pursuit. we ourselves are playing the role of mice or little people in our realistic life. may be you’re mice who can take quick actions to change, then congratulations! but what if you are hem?

i believe no one of us want to be a second hem without any cheese. so, just try to become haw, simplify the problems and try new things without worrying. surprise is ahead of you, success is just there, waiting for you.

in my opinion, this story is a kind of scathing satire on people who don’t have an ability to adapt new surroundings quickly. in the future, change is the only constant.

if you don’t want to be eliminated by the changing time, if you want to keep pace with the changing tide, please keep the alertness and give up conservative ideas.

the future is full of changes, since you are already in the maze, how to find your" cheese" is the problem you have to deal with. there’s an old saying in china called security is the biggest enemy. no one can deny that a constant job or something will kill people’s passion.

but it will lead only two kinds of consequences: you make no progress or your condition becomes much worse.

someone refuse to change because of the fear from the bottom of their heart. if you can’t overcome this psychology barrier, you can’t knock open the door of success. all depends on you, choose to change and have a better life or to be stubborn and lose all the old cheese.

life is changing. change is the only constant in the future. all you can do is to try your best to adapt the changing world bravely. god help those who help and change themselves!

狼来了英文读后感篇2

i read the book "alice in wonderland", i think the main character alice is a lively and brave little girl, her mind is full of strange fantasies, she experienced the wanderings of the wonderland, in fact, is a dream.

in the dream there are a lot of strange things happen, there are talking rabbits, playing cards into the villain, and tears into the lake ...... the book mainly wrote alice sitting on the grass, the hot sun made her drowsy. suddenly, from her sight scampered past a rabbit, mouth chanting words. curious alice chased over and followed her down the rabbit hole. in front of her eyes appeared a place with many halls, she opened a small door, but because the body is too big, how can not enter. so she drank the "drink me out" drink on the table, the result turned into a only ten inches high little man, the door is the garden, alice walked in. subsequently, all kinds of interesting things happen. for example, the committee race, is to get dry body, for a piece of fruit pie was stolen, but also to go to court ...... i sat on the sofa, into the vision: i also went into the house, and the animals together with the "crazy tea party"; with caterpillars together chat; i also danced with the lobster "lobster dance"; i went to have a drink with little bill "drink me out" and became big and small together; i paddled the slide prepared for the giant; i bravely faced the giant ants.... ...what fun it would be! alice is a kind, helpful, caring and lovely little girl who cares about everyone around her and the little animals with "love".

she is also a bright child's heart, lively and naive, like to fantasy, love to use the brain, full of curiosity of the little girl, in her body all spread through a childish.

狼来了英文读后感篇3

a simple story, an ordinary man, an ordinary big marlin, in the vast sea happened seemingly ordinary and extraordinary experience.

this book is about a cuban old fisherman named diego, a man fishing alone, in the 84 days after nothing caught a big marlin. this is the old man never seen nor heard of than his boat two feet longer a big fish. big fish strength is big, dragging the boat drifted for two days and two nights, the old man has experienced in the past two days and two nights have never suffered tough test, finally put the big shark fin die, tied to the bow. at this time, however, encountered a shark, the old man and the shark dogfight, result the big marlin was shark ate up, old man finally dragged home only a pair of bare fish skeleton. after reading this novel, i found that the old man's story is not only a symbol of the relationship between human and nature, and a symbol of the whole human spirit indestructible. in reality, though he failed, but in spirit, he is the winner. here, the old man is not only represents a person, but to represent a force, a kind of spirit, that is to let a person admire perseverance, the spirit of never yielding. i also very admire the novel old fisherman's will, he let me know how a man must be strong, can't meet the frustration is losing, that will never be a one thing.

狼来了英文读后感篇4

war and peace is one of the masterpieces of russian writer lev nikolayevich tolstoy. tolstoy spent more than a decade writing his landmark book, published between 1865 and 1869, about events in napoleonic russia (now russia) in europe. war and peace has been regarded as one of the world's greatest novels ever since it was published.

the story centers on the great patriotic war of 1812 and reflects the major events from 1805 to 1820, including the battle of austerlitz, the battle of borodino, the fire of moscow, and the retreat of napoleon. through the description of the thoughts and actions of the four big families and andrei, pierre and natasha in the environment of war and peace, it shows the style of russian society at that time. in "war and peace," there are as many as 559 characters, each of them flesh and blood, each with its own unique personality, and full of the throb of life, human joy, pain, all kinds of inner thoughts -- in this painting everything. only homer can match its epic rhythm and broad horizons.

some people say that tolstoy wrote war and peace as an opportunity to find a way out of russian society, but i have always found this view too one-sided. a really great novel, i think, should be all-encompassing, not just limited to a small purpose. from war and peace, we can learn a lot of things, including philosophy, history, political science, economics, military science and even religion, etc., all of which, taken together, constitute a huge ideological system. this system is subjective and objective at the same time. it is subjective, because he tolstoy's thinking and summary, many places are marked with the "tortolian brand"; it is objective, because it does not impose on people, but has a subtle influence on people, so that people in the "support" and gradually highlight their own personality.

on the other hand, i also think that tolstoy's vision is so high and far-sighted that he may not have paid much attention to the so-called politics of mankind. ultimately, tolstoy's concern should have been with the broader spiritual and timeless. more than once in "war and peace" tolstoy uses the brains of pierre and andrei to explore this question, and the end result of the discussion, he does not tell us, which is the objective point. he seems to want us to think for ourselves and figure it out. however, people's thoughts are different, everyone has their own views and opinions, so, all read "war and peace" people, are in the heart to construct a belong to their own "war and peace".

it should be said that the greatest achievement of "war and peace" is its intellectual quality, which is unparalleled. but in other ways, its achievements are just as remarkable.

in terms of structure, it would have been very difficult to handle such a vast work, but tolstoy was able to weave his artistic genius between war and peace in an orderly manner. moreover, tolstoy seems to be particularly adept at portrayals of big, difficult scenes -- wars, balls, banquets -- in which he can tell everyone's personality and psychology in a few words, without giving a sense of confusion that no other writer can match.

"war and peace" has given me many things, including the theory of the universe, the inspiration of life and spiritual comfort. i have always liked the character of pierre, and have treated him as a bosom friend in spirit. he is easy-going, kind, uninhibited, greedy for enjoyment but not aristocratic lordliness. he is often immersed in the spiritual world and seems to be out of his mind. all these characteristics make me feel kind. natasha was lovely, but a little flirtatious, and was tempted by anatole to give up her love for andrey. natasha was much calmer and more mature after the war, but at the same time she had lost her former liveliness and cheerfulness. andrea, on the other hand, was cold, clever, kind, sensitive, but often lacking pierre's forbearance, and often regretting it. it's a shame andre died, but we couldn't have asked for a better ending for him, because he came to his senses when he died.

there are many wonderful scenes in "war and peace" that are worth pondering, such as natasha's farewell to pierre when the rostovs move out of moscow because of the war. natasha, putting her head out of the window, saw pierre hurrying past in his dirty clothes, and greeted him. they talked briefly, and pierre, careless with his love for natasha and his consideration of his situation, waved goodbye to natasha: "tomorrow, no! good-bye, good-bye." then he stopped and fell behind the carriage. natasha, for a moment, put her head out of the window and smiled kindly and cheerfully at pierre as he went away.

i was particularly moved by this paragraph. although their conversation was very flat and there was hardly anything surprising, i could still feel the love between people under the shadow of war. especially pierre's words: "tomorrow, no! good-bye, good-bye." more valuable. he seemed to feel that the parting, that natasha would never see him again, that the war was drawing near, that the morrow was uncertain, and that he had spoken so carelessly and so painfully. it is hard to say how much is achieved by setting too many goals in one's life, for even one's life sometimes does not go according to one's plan. it is like when two armies go to war, the arrangements are very careful, the drawings are very detailed, and then the troops somehow get confused. read the diary of the chinese boy fighting in iraq, the air force promised to blow up a sugar factory, give the order, the countdown

at the beginning, we spread out 500 meters, the young man left a mind, back a kilometer. sure enough, a few bombs down, smoky, all around the building fell, sugar mill grain silk did not move.

tolstoy's message is, don't fight it, the world is a big place, and you have to learn to go with the flow. what will be will be.

狼来了英文读后感篇5

everyone in the world, whether he or she is rich or poor, will encounter a lot of difficulties, even hardships. different people may have different ways to deal with them. after reading the little princess, i am deeply impressed by sarasquo;s way to deal with difficulties. the little princess was written by frances hodgson burnett, a famous novelist and dramatist. sara, the heroine of the novel, was born in a rich family. in order to get a better education, her father took her from india to london so that she could go to the best school. because sara was kind-hearted, generous and most of all—rich, she was loved by everyone. all went well until her father died in an accident.

everything changed completely. she didnsquo;t understand why the teachers and classmates treated her so badly. even the principal who used to be fond of her, made her work 16 hours a day. sarasquo;s miserable life began...

when i finished reading the book, i was shocked by what the unimaginable pain sara had suffered after her fathersquo;s death. she used to be a happy, worriless, and rich princess, but now she was a lonely and poor servant. she had to work very hard without any rest but only had little food. besides she had to endure the unfriendly and even rude ways that her classmates treated her. all teachers and students in the school looked down upon her. the most important fact is that sara had lost the love and care of her parents.

what a mighty pain! if you were sara, could you stand such pain? needless to say, an 11 years old girl, even if it were an adult, he might not put up with it. but to my surprise, sara faced it bravely. despite of the torture of the principal and all those pressures above, she still was optimistic towards life.

by reading this novel, i felt inspired and think much. when we meet such difficulties, what should we do? some people always complain that the fate is unfair to them. some people cansquo;t sustain the hardships and choose to give up. few of them even try to commit suicide because they lack the courage to overcome it. compared with sara—an eleven years old girl who can treat the pressure of life with optimistic spirit, these peoplesquo;s performances are sounded so lamentable. why cansquo;t they make it?

however, what impress me most are her characteristics and the thought of her being a real princess. this real princess does not mean luxury palaces, beautiful clothes and the apple of the otherssquo; eyes, but being kind, generous and having good manners. it is unnecessary for a real princess to be strong in body, but she must be strong in will. sara is a real princess in my heart all the time, whether she was rich and wore beautiful clothes in the classroom or she was cold and hungry in the attic, just because she had the good characters and kind heart.

the story went on. fortunately, a friend of sarasquo;s father found her and told her that her father left a great sum of money to her. i pray and believe that every good person in the world deserve a good result. so does sara.
